oh lil wayne…

tha carter III came out officially yesterday but everyone and their mother had already heard it from a leak on the internet. or gotten it from somebody’s friend’s cousin’s sister’s hairdresser. i might go buy it though, due in part to the fact that when i burned the cd from my brothers computer i only got half of the tracks. but also because i love weezy the album’s nice, im not gonna lie. i like it. “mr. carter” has been stuck in my head for 4 days straight. and i laugh everytime i hear “mrs officer”, just because of the siren noises that weezy and bobby valentino make. but u can definitely tell that its a studio album. its more commercial than his other stuff, which after while i guess he had to come out with another one like that. but i digress. is he the best rapper alive? he very well might be. all i know is that no matter what kinda day it is, theres always at least 1 wayne song to go with it. and when he and kanye or he and jay-z are on a track together, its like sheer genius.

im definitely at work right now but so tempted to pull out my ipod for a wayne fix…
